Inviting your students after a move

After you approve your import report, you send your students one email with a sign-in link.

What the email is

• It comes from your school's name, not Courster's.
• It only contains access instructions: no promotion and no newsletter sign-up.
• The link signs them straight in. They don't need a password.

Tell them first

Before you invite students, let them know you're moving. We've drafted a short notice you can send, which also covers your updated privacy notice.

Subscriptions

Students who paid you by subscription on Teachable need to re-subscribe, because saved cards can't move. We help you write that message and offer credit for time already paid.
