Migration service

Moving your school to Courster is free. There are two ways to move.

Self-serve, for every school. You export your school with Courster Mover, our browser extension, and your own CSV exports. We build an import report showing what came over, what didn’t and what needs a hand, and nothing changes in your school until you approve it. Help articles and support are there while you move.

Hands-on, for schools selling $2,000 or more a month. A named person at Courster plans the move with you, agrees a date range, runs the import with you, and helps you send the re-subscribe kit to students who pay by subscription.

Who gets a hands-on move

Schools whose sales on their previous platform averaged at least $2,000 a month over the last 3 full calendar months before the export. We work this out from the sales in your Transactions export, with other currencies converted to US dollars at a reference rate. The month you export in doesn’t count. If your export doesn’t show your sales, our team can check them another way.

We may decline or limit a hands-on move. Self-serve stays free and open to you either way.
