How to reach a person

A person at Courster answers every support request, whether your school is free or paying. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, except UK bank holidays.

Getting help

In your dashboard, choose Help and then Ask a person. We attach the page you were on, so you don't have to explain where you are. You can also email support@courster.app.

We'll email you when we reply, and you can follow the conversation in Help.
