What moves from Teachable, and what doesn’t
Courses, lesson content, files and your student list come with you. Passwords and saved cards can’t.

Comes with you
- Your course structure: sections and lessons, in order
- Lesson text, and the videos and files you can download from your school
- Your student list: names, emails and enrolments, from your Users CSV
- Your sales history, from your Transactions CSV
Doesn't move
- Student passwords. Students get a secure sign-in link instead, so they never need one.
- Active subscriptions and saved cards. Payment details can't move between payment providers. Students re-subscribe on your Courster checkout, and we help you write the message.
- Anything we can't read from your exports. The import report lists it so nothing is lost silently.
Before it goes live
You review the import report and approve it. Nothing is shown to students until you do.
